September 4, 1958 – September 6, 2025

With heavy hearts, we announce the passing of Debra Dianne Stoutner, who passed away on September 6, 2025 after a short battle of cancer, she was 67.

Debra found peace at the ocean and joy on the dance floor. She also enjoyed calligraphy, collecting frogs and finding four-leaf clovers. Always willing to lend a hand, Debra was deeply loved and will be dearly missed.

She is survived by her children Ashley Kucera, Alana Lavigne, and Douglas Torrance III and her brother, Bruce Odegaard, her beloved grandchildren, Damian, Mason, Miley, Ryder, and Maddy.

Debra was preceded in death by her parents, Alan and Beulah Odegaard, and her sister, Yvonne Benso.

A celebration of life will be held on January 4, 2025, at 3:00 p.m. at Landmark Missionary Baptist Church in Grass Valley.
