Patricia Louise Langdon was born in Sebastopol, CA on Feb. 17, 1953, to Chet and Iris Davis.

A Catholic Mass will be conducted at 10:30 a.m., Tuesday, Sept. 22, 2026, at St. Patrick’s Catholic Church in Grass Valley, followed by a graveside service at St. Patrick’s Catholic Cemetery in Grass Valley.

Patricia spent her early years adventuring with family and lifelong friends on the coast near Fort Ross.

Pati’s first love was horses! She maintained that love her whole life. She married Fred Langdon and lived on the Reader Ranch. She participated in the annual cattle roundup in the Sierra Mountains taking the cattle up to the summer feeding grounds and bringing them home early fall. Driving them down Highway 49, back to the Reader Ranch. It was a tradition that she loved and took great pride in being a part of.

Pati’s true love was her son, Matt and his daughter, Paige, son, Jon and wife, Katie. She was very proud of Matt and his family. She always spoke proudly of him and supported him in any way she could.

Pati had many friends who will miss her deeply but appreciate her friendship. Pati never forgot a birthday; she always sent a card to her loved one.

She had a life full of friends and many cousins. She will be missed by her entire family.
