Clyde “Paul” Kissell passed away peacefully on April 1st, 2024 in Red Bluff, CA.

Paul was born on October 2nd, 1951 to Clyde and Patricia Kissell in Colorado Springs, CO.

In 1953 he and his parents moved to Hacienda Heights, CA and then made their way to Grass Valley CA in 1962. A few years later, he along with his parents and sister, built their dream home.

Paul went to Nevada Union High School where he was active in the Future Farmers of America program. He graduated Nevada Union in 1969.

After Graduating, Paul worked at the Alta Sierra golf course, then went on to work at the Bohemia Saw Mill until it closed its doors. He then worked at Sierra Pacific in Lincoln, CA until his retirement.

Paul loved music, and was a Big Greatful Dead fan. Ripple being his favorite song.

Paul Loved all things outdoors, hunting, camping and especially fishing, where he became a part of the Bass Masters Club for many years.

Paul was an avid sports fan. He had the biggest love for the Raiders Football Team, and the Dodgers Baseball Team, you could hear him cheering them on from miles away.

His Laughter and Smile were Big and Bright. His Love for his family and his dogs was unwavering.

Paul was preceded in death by his parents, Clyde and Pat Kissell; first wife, Carolyn Kissell; and his son Josh Kissell.

He is survived by his loving wife, Connie Kissell; sister, Kathy (Michael) Tillisch; daughter, Mistie (Chris) Olson; step-daughter, Aspen Duhalde; grandchildren Zachary and Amber Inman, Ava and Xander Kissell and Willow Duhalde; daughter-in-law, Tina Kissell; nephew, Christopher Tillisch; great niece, Danielle Tillisch; and many cousins and friends

Paul was Bigger than life, Loved by Many and Will be Missed Terribly. Sleep Well Daddy.
